First thing in the morning around 7 am I've taken easy pha-max wheatgrass and waited half an hour before I've taken my breakfast. My breakfast consist of rice, vegetables, and fish (not fried). I've taken a few minutes of walk back and forth from my place going to the City Hall which is just a few meters away.
Later at around 9am I felt tight on my stomach and its quite uncomfortable. Also I still feel something pain in my upper abdomen which is usual before I've been taking wheatgrass.
I got stress when fixing 2 computers while entertaining a friend who talks about our plan, it's a multitasking mode. I could feel my stomach is starting to feel uncomfortable, perhaps the work that I did contributes on the secretion of more gastric acids. It's uncontrollable.
I've taken a few slices of an apple before taking my lunch and it felt good when it started to go down on my tummy. Perhaps the cold apple juices has neutralize the acidity.
I've take a few minutes of nap at around 3:30 PM but didn't able to relax well at all. For this information I also have sleeping disorder.
I've taken wheatgrass again around 10pm which should I supposedly taking it at 9pm but I didn't because of some work that needs to be done. After taking the wheatgrass, I wasn't able to sleep right away which is usual since I have sleep disorder (insomnia), and so, I had to play a few songs with my guitar and fell to bed around 12pm.
That's day 1 of my wheatgrass vs. acid reflux challenge.
