Acid Reflux Vs. Wheatgrass green drink day 3

Day 3 of the challenge.

Woke up around 7 am and have taken cold water mixed with wheatgrass. Waited half an hour before taking breakfast. Doing this will absorb the nutrients of wheatgrass.

I've eaten fried fish and full rice plate.
After my meal I've started to clean a few things in my room. Then have a few minutes brisk walking, 30 minutes of walk.

Later I started to work on my computer then later I started to feel stiff in my abdomen as always after hours of my computer. I don't know if my work on computer does trigger my stomach acidity so much.

I drunk a lot of water today. At dinner, I've eaten a few slices of grilled fish, I couldn't resist it.
Now before bedtime around 11pm, I've taken wheatgrass.

So far today nothing changes as to my acid reflux condition.
