Acid Reflux Vs. Wheatgrass green drink day 3

Day 3 of the challenge.

Woke up around 7 am and have taken cold water mixed with wheatgrass. Waited half an hour before taking breakfast. Doing this will absorb the nutrients of wheatgrass.

I've eaten fried fish and full rice plate.
After my meal I've started to clean a few things in my room. Then have a few minutes brisk walking, 30 minutes of walk.

Later I started to work on my computer then later I started to feel stiff in my abdomen as always after hours of my computer. I don't know if my work on computer does trigger my stomach acidity so much.

I drunk a lot of water today. At dinner, I've eaten a few slices of grilled fish, I couldn't resist it.
Now before bedtime around 11pm, I've taken wheatgrass.

So far today nothing changes as to my acid reflux condition.

Taken 1 sachet of wheatgrass at 7 am.
I have taken my meal around 7:30 am.

I feel stiff on my upper abdomen after a full meal in the morning. I had eaten fish, vegetables and about two cups of rice.

Computer work from 9pm to 12pm

At lunch meal, I have taken a little beef and 1 cup of rice and 1 banana.
At 3 pm I have taken small 10 slices of pineapples.

At dinner, I have eaten fish and rice and a little slices of pineapples.

Computer work from 8Pm to 11pm. stress up...

I have taken 1 sachet of easy pha-max wheatgrass before sleep.

So far no changes on my body..

Acid Reflux Vs. Wheatgrass Green Drink - Day 1

First thing in the morning around 7 am I've taken easy pha-max wheatgrass and waited half an hour before I've taken my breakfast. My breakfast consist of rice, vegetables, and fish (not fried). I've taken a few minutes of walk back and forth from my place going to the City Hall which is just a few meters away.

Later at around 9am I felt tight on my stomach and its quite uncomfortable. Also I still feel something pain in my upper abdomen which is usual before I've been taking wheatgrass.

I got stress when fixing 2 computers while entertaining a friend who talks about our plan, it's a multitasking mode. I could feel my stomach is starting to feel uncomfortable, perhaps the work that I did contributes on the secretion of more gastric acids. It's uncontrollable.

I've taken a few slices of an apple before taking my lunch and it felt good when it started to go down on my tummy. Perhaps the cold apple juices has neutralize the acidity.

I've take a few minutes of nap at around 3:30 PM but didn't able to relax well at all. For this information I also have sleeping disorder.

I've taken wheatgrass again around 10pm which should I supposedly taking it at 9pm but I didn't because of some work that needs to be done. After taking the wheatgrass, I wasn't able to sleep right away which is usual since I have sleep disorder (insomnia), and so, I had to play a few songs with my guitar and fell to bed around 12pm.

Easy pha-max Wheatgrass Delivered Today

Yesterday I ordered 66 sachets of easy pha-max wheatgrass and it cost about P1,790 including the discounted price. This item cost P990 per 30 sachets of wheatgrass but I was lucky to grab their promo price - it saves me about P190 + an extra 6 sachets thus it becomes 66 sachets.

This morning around at 11 am (Manila time), I got my easy pha-max wheatgrass superfood and I got so excited that I've taken 1 sachet right away just before the delivery guy could say goodbye.

I mixed it with cold water, stirred it a bit and gulp it within seconds. The green drink doesn't taste sweet but the cold and the suiting feeling is absolutely great. A few minutes after taking it, I could say that somehow I felt it neutralizes my acidic stomach. How I really wish that this will be the cure of my long term acid reflux disease.

Here's the plan for tomorrow:

At 7:00 Am - I'll take 1 sachet of easy pha-max wheatgrass (this is instructed when I ordered this item)

At 7:30 AM - Breakfast - probably fish (not fried), vegetables (not oily), rice

At 10:00 AM - 1 apple

At 12:00 PM - lunch - fish (not fried), vegetables (not oily), rice

At 3:00 PM - 1 apple

At 7:00 PM - Dinner

At 9:00 PM - 1 sachet of easy pha-max wheatgrass

Starting tomorrow I will start my challenge on this superfood wheatgrass:

I'm testing myself on easy pha-max wheatgrass to fight against acid reflux


Yesterday I saw the easy pha-max wheatgrass TV program hosted by Dyan Castillejo. I watch it seriously as she talks about the health benefits of this superfood wheat grass especially on how it neutralize stomach acidity.

For the record I'm suffering for acid reflux disease or GERD for a year now but before that, I went to an entire procedure of endoscopy which doctors found I have an acute gastritis on my stomach which later becomes an acid reflux disease till this day.

Today I'm testing myself using easy pha-max wheatgrass to fight against acid reflux. I no longer have taken time to visit my doctor since my last checkup for about 7 months ago and I'm losing my faith on prescribed medication which doesn't work for me. The risk of my condition is high if my disease is not treated timely, the worst outcome can lead to cancer.

I used to be one active guy who goes to gym occasionally and enjoys hanging out with friends but now I look weak and lose so much confident on facing the world.

I lose so much pounds from 140 to 115 as of today and I'm struggling so hard on gaining weight. I can't just eat any food such as oily and fatty foods as this will contribute to acidity. There are many restricted drinks and foods that I have to stay away but I admit that couple times I couldn't stop myself on taking those foods.

Watching the easy pha-max wheatgrass program have given me another hope on my fight against acid reflux because one of its benefits is by neutralizing stomach acidity. Now I'm blogging my progress starting this day.

This will be my daily plan routine schedule when taking easy pha-max wheatgrass:
I will taking 2 sachets of wheatgrass pure powder mixed with 250 - 300ml of water daily as instructed

7:00 AM - take easy pha-max wheatgrass
7:30 AM - breakfast (vegetables, water, fish,)

10:00 AM- 1 Apple
12:00 PM - Lunch (vegetables, water, fish, a little beef)
1:00 - 1:30 PM - Brisk walk
1:30 - 2:30 PM - Rest
3:00PM - 1 Apple

7:00 PM - Dinner
9:00 PM - take easy pha-max wheatgrass
